This research evaluated the effectiveness of Immersion Therapy in managing chronic pain by using two pain measurement tools: the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and the Brief Pain Inventory (BPI). The study found that Immersion Therapy was an effective treatment for reducing chronic pain, with a statistically significant decrease in pain scores. The findings also highlighted that there was considerable variability in individual responses, reinforcing the personalized and unique nature of the therapy.
